DREAM Act Fails In Senate In Wake Of Border Patrol Agent's Death
Written by Cameron CrockettBrian Terry, 40, died Wednesday, December 15th, 2010 after being shot in an exchage of gunfire between four agents and five suspects that took place north of the Arizona-Mexico border as the heavily armed suspects were believed to have been waiting for a load of drugs. The shootout took place late Tuesday night, and Terry was unable to recover from his wounds at night turned to early morning.
